Per the CBCL Constitution "The Chesapeake Beach Civic League shall not directly or indirectly participate or intervene in political campaigns on behalf of or in opposition to any candidate for public office." Only individuals currently holding public office and are not actively campaigning for re-election may request to speak during our meetings. If you are a public official requesting to be added to an upcoming meeting agenda, contact cxbcivicleague@gmail.com at least 7 days prior to the meeting you would like to attend along with the topic you will be speaking on.
